I-355 Northbound: d-bags on parade!

So, I hopped on I-355 North at Boughton in Bolingbrook tonight (Chicagoland). Right as my wife and I were getting through the Toll, I saw a group of Mazda3's and MS3's off on the shoulder waiting for each other. They took off and made all-around assholes of themselves. Tailgating each other and anyone that got near them, accelerating and braking randomly from 60-75mph, weaving in and out of traffic. Noone was really racing, because I don't consider that speed to be racing, but everyone was just driving like complete douche nozzles! Someone, most likely an innocent bystander, could have really gotten hurt.

I was hoping to find one of you to chime in to tell me what was so fun about that. I was considering getting an MS3 after I sell my GTO in a year or two, but if this is the culture I'm buying into, then I'm not too excited about the prospect anymore.

Hopefully these guys are the exception to the rule. Thoughts?

Thanks for listening!

-Scott

Yeah, you're just sad you got your V8 ass handed to you, and I'll do it again.

We were driving my wife's Saturn Vue at the time, so congrats on your "ass-handing". Good luck and good day, sir.

Yeah ok. Then there was another GTO. Amazing. Stick with the GTO, we and you will be happier.

Ryz, you are such a great representative of this site. Congratulations on such a fine example of the Mazda culture.
(note the dripping sarcasm)

You weren't there, know nothing that happened, yet comment. Thanks for YOUR fine representation of an asshat.

And, thus you continue to impress us with your intelligence and wit. Responding by calling names. I would guess that you are just a few years out of puberty.

Impress who? You just joined and you think you're somebody or a representative of the forum? Get bit moron. Another ass I can't wait to meet in person.

hanman February-9th-2009 09:29 AM

So, evidently I hit a nerve with my puberty statement. So, let me guess, seventeen or eighteen years old?
As for the moron statement, after viewing your statements, I have no qualms in matching my IQ number with yours.
I am not sure why you would want to meet me in person, but I would be glad to do so. I attend many Mazda meets around the country, let me know which one you are attending and I will let you know if I am going to be there.
In reply to your statement about just joining this forum, yes I am a noob, but you only have forty four posts, doesn't look like you are any authority on this site.
I am a moderator on another Mazda site, and have been a member of two other Mazda sites for nine plus years. I have thousands of posts on those sites, and just happened to buy a Mazda 3, so I thought I would come check out this site too. I am sincerely hoping that you are not a true representation of the membership on this site. That would be unfortunate.

Funny that you think that in some way you "hit a nerve". You are evidently an adult that thinks they have way more control than they really do, which is quite typical of people your age. Considering that I'm probably at least a decade older than you, your pathetic attempt at making a point goes nowhere. Stick to the "other" forums you were with, you probably sounded smart to them. I love meeting and having close up conversations with morons like you.

hanman February-10th-2009 09:16 AM

I really doubt you are a decade older than I am, but maybe so. The only reason I thought you were a child is your infantile responses and name calling, which you continue to do.
Obviously, you have anger issues, which is the other reason I deduced your young age. Children often have trouble controlling their emotions such as anger. And you evidently have a serious issue with emotional control.

And, I think I will stay around this forum, at least long enough to find out if there are any members who actually know anything about these cars, and are willing to share their knowledge.

Again typical deflection from somebody your age. Instead of dealing with the fact that you opened you mouth about something which you knew nothing, you instead have to discuss the person instead of the event, sad. Grow up child.

hanman February-11th-2009 08:59 AM

Funny, I don't remember mentioning my age. Just exactly what age do you think I am?
So, if I am younger than you, then I am a child and you will deride me for not being as old and wise as you. But, if I am older than you, I would guess that you will make disparing and offensive remarks about "being old".

The event is irrelevant, your response is the issue now. I don't see where you tried to explain the "event" to the original poster, I only see YOUR childish response. Name calling, and one upsmanship.

Again deflection. Since when is my response the issue? You opened your mouth about something which you knew nothing yet continue to believe you were right. The child comment is dead on, deal with it, child. Wait, I'll make it more relevent to you. Ignorant child, thats better.

hanman February-12th-2009 09:32 AM

Again, name calling. Your lack of intelligence continues to shine through. If your response is not the issue, then why to you continue to post responses. I have made it the issue now, and by responding you are verifying it.
As to the ignorance statment. I believe that you have made a very good argument of ignorance by looking at your previous posts.

Again, you think you dictate the conversation. Truely pathetic. Grow up CHILD.

hanman February-13th-2009 10:42 AM

Obviously I am dictating the conversation, because you are still responding.

hanman February-13th-2009 10:45 AM

As for the child statement, here are some decriptions of childlike behavior:
Name calling
Arrogance
Unable to control emotion
A need to prove himself better than everyone else
impatience

I think that you will see that these certainly apply to you.

Really, since I'm not responding as you'd hoped I guess you're not doing very well. Typical 7 owner, opens their mouth when they know nothing.

hanman February-20th-2009 09:22 AM

Actually you are responding as I hoped. I was getting a little worried that you had given up. It's good to see you back. I also see where you are name calling on other posts too. Keep it up, you continue to impress.

hanman February-20th-2009 09:28 AM

Did you check out the sites I linked you to? You really should. I think they may be able to help with your aggression problem.
