no not really ,
you have your foreground(sP) , center of interest, and background...
which you want to use is up to you(picture taker) basically.

But for his car, I just liked the way it looked with some bottom on there..
But do you think that building behind the car takes away attention from the car itself.. the building is beutiful ... reminds me of Jamaica .... :D :p
