Anyone know a trustworthy dealer in California?

I am looking to buy a Protege5 sometime this winter vacation. Every dealer around my area (San Jose), dealers are all shady. They all tell me different stuff. I want to make use of the 36 month 0.0% APR,

some say, it doesn't apply on the Protege5 (their website does)

some say, there is a $27 fee for every $1000 financed

some say, only on 2001 models

some say, you can do 48 months if you want

Can't trust any of them, does someone know someone in the car industry or can recommend me a place?

Don't know if they've changed since I moved, but Valley Mazda in San Luis Obispo was really great when I lived there. The parts department was especially fantastic. Knowledgeable and not rip-off artists (they gave away the washer with the oil filter rather than charging $1 for it, among other things).

Of course, MOST car salesman are only slightly higher on the evolutionary chain than lawyers, but still below slugs and cockroaches.

Dealer in San Jose area

I bought mine at Marina Motors in Capitola which is just over highway 17. I bought mine for just under sticker price of $17.5. My fiance' used to work there and says they are a great dealer. I have never had any problems with them.
