Okay...so Matty and I had a short and sweet conversation about food items for the meet. We're thinking a "Sausage Fest" theme might be in order.

He's going to pick up some brats and dogs and we'll bring some tasty chicken chili lime sausages we found at Publix. I'm going to check out BJs (how apropos ) and Costco to see if they carry those yummy turkey legs that the renn faire carries. Also, I'll pick up a couple pork tenderloins to do on the grill. I've got an easy recipe for grilled vidalias where they come out all carmelized and delicious when tossed on the grill wrapped in their little foil jackets. Maybe some baked potatoes or sweet potatoes? Matty - were you still thinking about doing Hobos?

What are we looking at numberwise?

Barry and Topher like the same 2 types of food.......redneck and country.

I'd like to see 40 people out for this weekend....It'll probably end up being more like 25 though.

The first year was the largest yet...I was trying to make it grow every year, not shrink.

We'll have that too.

Think of the grilled tenderloin as nothing more than pulled pork bbq.

Brats
Hotdogs
Chili chicken lime sausages
Turkey legs
Pork tenderloin/roast

Grilled onions
Roasted corn on the cob (not sausage, but still sausage shaped)

Chips - tortilla, potato

Ketchup
Mayo
Salsa

Breakfast Items like eggs, bacon, sausage?
