no, pretty busy this weekend, just didn't know if it was more of a next level performance or west coast customs style shop. I am sure they will have much APC stuff

Its totally the opposite direction of NLP and AutoLabz;..they are going to have a AWD Dyno..and a very performanced based shop. (sorry ricers..no shopping cart wings and strobe lights)

Look for ALOT of good stuff to come from this place.

I went by there today and I had a long talk with the owner. This place is going to be quite interesting in the next few months. There will be an F355 and an F360 on display soon. There is a pool table in the waiting room. They have every high end tuning equipment there seems to be.

He told me a man with an STi will be trading in his car for an imported SKYLINE! That's right. LA Extreme customs will be importing Nissan Skylines for our enjoyment. He can get you a 1994 GSR with a turbo'd engine for a mere $30K! An R34 GTR for only $80K which is about 10-20 less than in California. VERY interesting and I certainly wouldn't mind seeing Skylines running around Birmingham.

He also told me if anyone is interested in getting 450HP in an STi for only $4K he will get you full intake, full exhaust and a custom ECU chip.

Now, I know I seem to be a running advertisement for this place, but I am fairly convinced on this place. I saw the man managing some people doing installs in the back and he was making sure nobody cut any corners. Quality all the way.

hmm...where exactly will they be located? I didn't know the 20 real racers here in birmingham needed a shop of this caliber!

Surely anything they can do that I can't will be far beyond my price range. Also, I doubt they'll have anything for our little proteges. It would be nice though to have a dyno nearby and not have to go to Walker in Trussville. Maybe I could get some baselines prior to installing all of my stuff and then go back and get a final dyno to show peak gain with my bolt-ons.

Any idea when they'll be open and start dynoing?

They are located on 280 (same side as Home Depot) between LongHorn and Pizza Hut. Talked to one of the owners the other day and he gave me a tour of the place. Very nice set up. He said they were the only Complete tuner shop in Southeast. Everything from audio sales, service and installation to body work and paint, suspension, performance and custom stuff. All In House. Also said they are trying to start francises. Prices are extremely competitive and assured me that quality and craftsmanship went into every car regardless of whether it was a Ferrari or Mazda.

I wonder what they could offer our community that's not already available at a good price??

Are they AEM certified tuners?? If so I'm set!
