Whats the baddest car you've ever...

Whats the best car you've ever beaten or raced? Reguardless of car you had at the time.

Driving a slightly mod. '93 Dodge Stealth Twin Turbo I actually beat a '93 Ferrari Testarossa. It was the sweetest ride i've just about ever seen. I had a buddy in town for an autocross and I took him out to show him the hang out. He spotted the Ferrari at a Hooters and 10 mins later it drives by us in this huge parking lot. I get in front of him at a stop light and slow way down to let him catch up. He nails it whips to the other lane and I gunned it and was door to door to him and I started pulling away pretty fast. So I slowed down and the guys passenger yells "lets go interstate". I follow him noticing a temp tag from FL (the TOY STORE is the dealership). We are running 60mph on interstate side by side and the passenger yells "lets go" and waves. The sound of that Ferrari taking off was pure music (if you've never heard one...it's like no other car) and I mashed it in second gear. I shift to 3rd at 80mph and looked back to see his headlights. I let off in fourth at 140mph and I couldn't tell where he was. Finally slowing down I get beside the guy and try to get him pull over to look at his ride and they never looked over. I followed him for a few miles and the guys exit and pulls into a strip club.I just honked and drove by and headed home. A few weeks later I get behind a '97 Viper R/T 10 for a short sprint in traffic and lets say it put me in my place. I have'nt got a chance to run anything in my P5 yet but I still love it.

i tried racing a 1980 ish 5.7 Z28. I was just gas happy cause i just beat a civic so i thought i was bad ***. Nothing but the taillights as soon as the light turned green. I mean as soon as the light turned green, he was like two or three car lengths in front of me. Then squeaked his tires in second and i didn't see him again. (yes i know i was gonna get spanked and know i should have even tried and all that happy stuff) I want one of those muscle type cars. They are really easy to work on.

I smoked a Pontiac Grand Prix a week ago. I didn't catch whether or not it was a GT or GTP, but the must have felt like a chump. Most of the time I just get into it with civics, focuses, and VW's.

lets have some fun!!!!!!!

FIRST, Porsche 911 Carrera. I was in my VW GTi vr6 on my way to work. Came up behind the guy and the only thing I could think of was how much fun it would be to play with him. Finally got beside him at a light, looked over and nodded. We both smiled. Light was green and we were off. Took him in first, then he pulled ahead in second, but not more than 3 car lengths. Soon after we're running 140 down the highway and the only thing I can think of is "this guy's gotta be playing with me" Then he started swerving at me and playing a little dirty. Went a little bit further and ran up on traffic so we had to slow down. Ended up pulling over at the same gas station to get gas. Of course he out ran me but it was still fun as hell! Nothing like getting a compliment about your car being surprisingly fast from a guy in a porsche.

SECOND: mid 90's Vette. Again, I was in my V-Dub, on my way HOME from work this time. Two-lane back road highway when he got on my @ss and I took off. It was on. Surprisingly I held on in the turns, taking them faster than he was. He didn't get around me until I got over-excited and missed a gear coming out of a turn. Didn't get to talk to this guy but after he'd turned around and was coming the other way he threw a wave. Nothing better than a friendly race and the adrenaline rush that's included!

I played with a Ram Air Fire Bird or Fire Hawk or whatever it is in Dad's Black '01 M3. Oh how much I hate sleezy 'Stangers with Mulletts and sweaty girls next to them thinking they can beat anyone. I pulled up next to him and he took one look at me before he slammed it. His excellent american engineering litterally smoked one rear tire at 60 mph, ONE WHEEL SPUN! **** like that makes those V-8 ers proud. Thats what you get when you have a truck axle in a car. Anyway I pulled up to him slowly from behind and then pulled out into the other lane. We where going about 80 when I floored it. I got all the way to 155 with him about 3 football fields behind. Then BMW's nice speed limiter kicked in so I cruised at a Steady 150 for a mile or so. I think he just turned off the interstate somewhere.

I raced my friend in his 5.7 95 Trans Am, and needless to say I got rocked. It was funny though. The way I look at it is, you never know when they might miss a gear.

Yes the classic "one wheel peel". When you own a rear wheel drive with a locking diff. You should learn how to shock it so it locks before you drag anyone. Nothing more embarassing.

Ok all Japan

My Car- 02 lx Pathfinder

There Car- 96(I think, mabey 97-98) S13 Converted 240SX( I checked later)

Pulled up to a light, and hes reving his engine like he thinks hes important, then I pu the AutoMat, in N and rev my car his smile goes away when he sees my entire car rock back and forth as I rev the engine, we were at a busy intersection so when speed up to the nexted red light, I stick it in D and turn off the Overdrive, I step the Brakkes down and rev the enginge he luaghs as my rear tires start to squeal, stock offroading tires, and then we both see the light is about to turn green. So I stop f'kning around and get ready, i rev to about 2500 RPM's as so to get a good start and not spin the tires to much, The light turns and we take off, he's a little ahead but we have about 1/3 of mile till the nexted light or street really, and after about 30 I take off but the time I hit 80, 90, 100 he's shitted himself and has to stop and pull over to clean his pants

Other then that car I've raced Prowlers Vipers and even a 87 Lotus Esprite90, I lost all those of course, I raced all those with a 93 tuarus, ah my Dark years

Best race was just leaving town one night. I was in my HIGHLY modified Porsche 914 (full slant nose and custom body kit, 400 HP 355 Chevy engine, 911 carrera transaxle with Quaiffe, custom suspension, C2 turbo wheels, the list goes on...) and this guy in a new vette pulls up next to me at the last light. He looked over because my car didn't exactly sound stock (292 duration .543 lift cam and a couple of short Dynomax mufflers, it sounded and idled like a drag car) and revved his engine. I blipped mine a couple times then we waited for the light. Saw the crossing street lights go yellow and tached up to about 3000. When ours went green it was on. I showed him tail lights instantly. We got up the road about a mile and I slowed down and he caught up to me and gave me a thumbs up. My car only weighed 2350 Lbs and did 0-60 in under 4 seconds. I loved that thing but my wife hated it and I've got a 17 year old son that was dying to get his hands on it. So, we had to sell it. I miss being able to beat just about anything.

first- in my V-6 S-10 and racing a friend in his 240sx. we were on warner road when we decided to race. waited for the light o turn green and when it did we took off. my truck mashed his and by the time we hit the overpass for the freeway we were doing 90 in a 45 and decided to quite.

2nd- my truck and a honda prelude. i destroyed the car in the beginng and then his rpm caught up and destroyed my poor 6. that was bad cuz he never has dropped it.

3rd- my 91 honda civic and a diablo. yeah if you are wondering i should slap you right now.

4th- my truck and any thing that is a civic i have killed.
