Upgrading the rotors to bigger ones.

do u think there are any bigger front rotors that can line up on the 97-98 model?
I'm lookin' into this for someone back here in Trini.

I don't know...does he/she have an ES, because that at least has 4 wheel discs.

Does anyone know if it's possible with the 4 lug setup, or do you have to go to a 5 lug setup to get bigger brakes? (and now for my question) Is there an easy/cheap way to switch the pattern from 4x100 to 5x114.3 (like the 626) or do I make no sense...but answer amrit's question first, of course.

It depends on what model 97/98 Protege you have. The 1.5 litre Protege has smaller rotors than the 1.8 litre. Not sure what parts you'd have to swap over.

I had been toying with the idea of doing a 4 lug --> 5 lug conversion from a BA Lantis Type R. Only reason being to have the only BH Familia with 5 lug (like the BG GTR's).
