Us Vs the Car ,,, who gets more of the $$.....

I was coming out of school on wed. and I was walking down Burnside ave to Jerome to go to the train . Well I walk past this clothing store (domincan owned) and I see some really nice shoes and shirts in there.. Know I always wanted a nice set of diesel styled shoes ... anyway I walk in there and I see a bunch of shoes, just chilling on the rack.. I pick up a couple and look at them and then in my mind I know I am buying on of them .. I really did not want to go over 50 bucks because I knew I had to pay some bills and my money this week was tight already as it is ... Well anyway I say hell with it . I bought all this stuff for my car, engine, belts.. etc.. So I am like damn I need a nice set of shoes/sneakers to at least wear out on Saturday ... so I say hell with it .. The shoes I wanted were 70 bucks, which he lowered the price for me on .. and I was just like give em to me .... So 70 bucks no tax, taken out my checking account , no credit cards... and I was set to go ... End result was I felt so happy .. Now I know why women feal so happy when it comes to frigin shopping. the fealing is phenominal.. lol ... call me nuts ..
anyway my point and thesus of this story is ..
Sometimes you have to put other priorities to the side inorder to do something to make yourself feal happy and look nice .....

Well I just had to let you guys know this

us vs. car???? = no contest

car owns all. hahaha. All of my money is reserved for rent, food, and car; not necessarily in that order. the key is to never let your girl know how much those rims cost, or that intercooler or whatever.

Here is a pic ,,, mine are a bit different but the concept is pretty much the same thing. Mine are blue and like a darker blue on the side with beige stripes down the side. This is like one of the biggest trends right now in new york

You can click here to get a somewhat better look at the different types of shoes that diesel offers...

Heck yeah , I am pretty big on fashion ... I love to have nice clothes and the such . I can't really help it ! In high school I would always rock the latest threads ... nothing has changed ...

People in class used to call me pretty boy, but I would just laugh.. lol

I suppose those of us heading up to Kent are gonna get to see these fancy shoes?

I buy my shoes at Payless. Fashion is not my strong suit, nor do I care enough to try. Jeans, t-shirt, cheap kicks, and a shaved head. Comfort wins every time.

But the feeling of buying something that makes you happy - now that can be euphoric. Sometimes it can be a simple as a food you love but is a little pricey.

Gotta treat yourself sometimes. Hehe - for me, that would be a pair of Levi's 501s instead of Bob's house brand jeans....

I bought Sketchers last summer and now everytime it rains they squeak, which makes me feel like a geek. Time for a new brand.
