Read Post notating...
 

More of a question than a comment...

How does the board determine when you've 'read' posts? If it's a time-refresh based on cookies, it's got to be delayed alittle longer.. or maybe onlt based on last-visit, as opposed to refreshing, I've gotten on here a number of times when I'm reading along, and it taked me a bit, because something comes up that I gotta do, and I get back to the main page and notice that messages/forums that I know I hadn't been in yet, that had been marked unread, are now marked read. I mean, now that the time-stamp is working by zone, it's a little easier to keep track, but when you're coming on after a weekend, or just a really busy post-period, it's a royal pain to try and keep track of what you hav ACTUALLY read, and what the board has just randomly decided you've read....

Any ways around this?
