Well Christamas was pretty interesting for racing. The air was cool, and perfect for driving:

My friend just got his Civic Si out of the shop after being down for a few months after a wreck in which he hit a gaurdrail. He had it reapainted the Gunmetal color of the Harley Davidson F-150's, and got new rims, HIDS. He already has a B20 Block from the CR-V, and it is tuned via the Apexi S-AFC. We lined up to race, and the 1st race from a roll, he took off 1st, and I started to pull up to him in 3rd, but then I shifted to 4th too soon, and he pulled out 1/4 th of a car, and shut down. The second race, we started in 2nd, and he took off 1st, and I hit it and reved the gear out, and pulled out front fast. In 3rd I was to the point where he knew he was fixing to loose (he was looking at the tail lights), and so he shut down. His car is pretty damn fast for what it is.:eek:

The next race was on the way to work:

I was headed north on 360 past Trinity to 183, and I encounter noneother than a post 99 Mustang GT, beige. I pass it slowly just cruising, and he pulls up beside me, and nails it, and so do I. He pulls away steadily!http://www.mazdamp3.com/vbb225/images/smilies/Wow1.gif He gets about 2-3 carlengths no problem! We run again, and the same result. I turn off on 183 like :wtf: I just beat one Saturday, and have done it before that! What gives? I wonder what mods they had, and what year it was?

He has a Mustang GT, those are pretty fast stock.

Those B20 blocks are an awesome place to start for a buildup. My friend wanted to put one in his integra, but he's given up on the idea I think. Turboed B20s are making over 400 at the wheels. :eek:

Yeah, just wait till I upgrad my exhaust from stock to 3 inches. Then the boost goes up to 7 or 8. I haven't decided yet!:D

See, I think the Mustangs are very good looking and the WRXs are butt ugly! :)

The facelifted WRX looks better. But who cares about looks when you have that performance? I don't. :)

personally .. i HATE the new "facelift" .. it's so fugly!

I think that WRX is the beutifullist color in that white that they have .....

A Mustang will respond quite well to 'minor' mods...so you got owned this time...DON'T LET IT HAPPEN AGAIN!;)

The face lifted WRX looks uglier than all shit. 'Nuff said.
