Raced a WRX and won

Yes I did, we lined up and on the count of 3 we left. He screwed up on take off cuz when you try to dump the clutch at 6 gran on those wrx the car almost stalls. He still kinda pulled out first but i was able to stick on by his mirror. I walked his ass down once i got in third gear. 4th gear all he saw was taillights and a big fat grin. I had a woody the whole time. I really thought i was gonna get my ass handed to me but it was the other way around. I need a new clutch somethin awful but i still able to kill that subie.

good kill!

the guy must have not known that if you can't spin the wheels of a 4wd on takeoff you better not drop the clutch.

serpentkilla May-18th-2003 03:00 PM

i was banking on him doing that cuz i drove his car before. I wheeled hop alot but i still got him.

Well if you can't do a good clean launch in an AWD without spinning, YOU SUCK. I launch my AWD DSM from 5000 and I don't spin. It just takes off but I guess I know how to drive it also. I pull consistent 1.8 60fts at the track.
