pro vs focus
 

on my way to my exs house i got this car right on my ass but dosent pass, im doing a little over the speed limit(80km/h) but hey back country road no biggie (90km/h)

so i turn onto this long ass stright road for a few miles when i turn onto it i see him pull out in the next lane im like ah wtf lets go
i kick her down into 2nd and punch it up to 7k then slam her into third by this time hes right beside me winding out his focus (stock as far as i know) the time i shift into 4th hes gettin a gain on me every so slowly we hit 130km/h and i shut er down as he keeps pulling on me.

as never really racing anyone other than my friends i was really supprised with my pros preformance, not that i beat him but how well i stood next to him, altho i was beat meh i drove away happy:D

sweet man, what focus was it?? i know i got raped sideways by the zx3 focus. but good job keeping up.

It must have been one of those "wednesday" cars! Supposedly some of the Foci got their cams tuned correctly from the factory and can run low-mid 16s stock!;)



You can race my Focus...it runs 13s! (soon to be 12s)

What year was the focus.
Cause my friend has a 02 white ZX3 and everytime he hits 110MPH it shuts down. When we ran together we started at 80 and honked the horn three times then I began to pull on him. But as my speedo went past 110mph he was no where in sight. I asked him what happened and he said the damn speed limiter kicked in and although he had it floored the car stopped pulling until it dropped below 110.

So I drove the car with him riding shotgun and the same thing happened. The car will not climb past 110.

i have no idea of the year, it was blue and a 4 door lol that dont help much i know, it looked rather newer and when he came onto it i certainly heard it, sounded somewhat like that deep sound i hear alot of hondas making, but no muffler that i could see

He probably had an intake system.
