killed an eclipse 5 times
 

Well u ppl might not believe it but my friend just got a 97 eclipse, i dont know what model it is but its a non-turbo and also automatic. I have a 99 Lx automatic. we were at his house and we decided to just try out our carsand run it. so we go by some street that no1 passes by at about 12 AM. and we start and him and me start evenly but when my car went into second i started pulling away a little bit. It was a litle less than a quarter mile but i took him by about 1/2 car length. We ran it like 4 more times and every single one was the same outcome. I drove his car and i think that he must suck at driving cuz i think i can beat my car if i were driving the eclipse.

the night the we toasted the engine in our Pro my boy beat a turboed Eclipes two differen ttimes. Of course he was squeezing when he did, but I still thought it was impressive.

thats pretty nice man. O well eclipse's arent fast, at least stock, but as soon as you start fixing them up well all of them can beat our pro's
