Hey I'm so happy!I used to have a neon,it was all suped up,and I killed everybody on the road with that car.I sold it to my best friend,who is a lso a road warrior.I just got my protege.I had a certain fear.I thought I'd never be able to beat my old neon.But yesterday,I did!!!Whoa!!I kicked the neon arse!!YES!!Of course it has a little more power than my pro (1,8L),but it hold well against the neon.The rest is strategy and experience.huhuhuh!:laugh:

As I said ,it is experience!And my neon was fast.And I dont have a kill list or anything.I've beaten too many kinds of cars,including the new 2,3 L turbo supercharged v6 vtec LADA SAMARA!!! :the finge

And btw,both cars have the same cutoff at top speed.I got in front first and held there.That's it.How I got in front is another story.There were a few cars on the highway,I know how to find a way throught that.Althought I wanna quit doing highway racing,I cannot find any tracks here,only 1/4 mile tracks.Not the same fun.:rant: :mad: :crying: :dunno: :(

The only time i've filmed my neon,i was stuck.In 1 foot deep snow.I'm not going to film any of my cars.

i live in st-eustache,and the autodrome only fetaures an oval track,and 1/8 mile runs.the circuit is in mount tremblant (i went mtb downhill on that bump a few times),and there are race and extreme driving schools with porshe's and all..maybe theres a way to race there..thx for the info:)

Dunno bout anyone else, but my R/T can walk all over my sisters P5 all day long...but of course I have a 20 hp and 300 lb advantage, stock, nevermind my mods....

I was also able to beat p5's with my neon, even more powerful cars,but I guess I beat it with my Pro because of my techniques.:bt:

all i read id hot this neon does this and this neon beat that...do you people realize its a slow neon :thumbs do .. what are you beating a grandmother in her wheelchair... you should really try racing mean for slips if you think your neon is fast.. i'll blow the doors off a neon, anytime anywhere...

Take a ride up to CT. Unless you're juicin, or've found a lot of mods that I don't think are out for your Protege yet, I don't think I'll have much of a problem. I'm not bragging either, just tellin like it is.

hey yall should realize that there is one neon that came with a DOHC and was no frigin joke ,, this car would easily wipe any protege , cause it toted easily 140 to 150 hp
