91DX vs. Harley Davidson Truck
 

Here's a story that happened about a month ago. One on my friends had just got a brand new Harley Davidson truck. About 375 h.p. We were talking and we agreed to race up this large hill near were we live. I have a Intake/Exhaust setup. The whole road was clear and when we pulled out a side road he stopped, I got next to him, and then I just took off. I had a head start and I was grinding it out to about 60mph when he flew by. When I shifted into 3rd at 60mph I looked over my shoulder and I thought I had enough momentum to take him. I heard a roaring sound and he just flew by. I think I could have got up to 70-80 mph had the ground been level, but I don't think that I could take him unless I had a major engine swap. That's my fastest car/truck I've raced to date-375 hp. I hope to race against a Ferrari sometime (just for the experience). What is the fastest you all have raced against?

First of all, why did you race him if you knew he would hand you his ass. And then why would you want to race a Ferrari?? It seemes pretty pointless to me. The fastest car I've raced with my Protege would probably be a '00 Mustang GT with a few mods... because that is the only car that has beaten me so far. At this time my car was untuned and he just kept bugging me to race even though I really didn't want to. I agreed to race just up to 60mph from like a 15mph roll and well.... low end torque rules. I'm sure his 4:10 gear helped him out too.

I raced against a Acura NSX i have a 1997 pro Lx it was fun to hear the V-tech kick in good times. I also got the chance to race a RX-8 Dam does that sound good.
Loosing races by alot makes you hear the exhaust noise better. that's about the only advatage:-) haha

My problem is I don't like getting beat! I won't go into a race knowing i'm going to lose.

The worst beatin i ever got was by a bmw z3 on the freeway goin about 80 i was his dust but it was a fun race
