Yup..those rod bearings went to shit...lol...the Eclipse was primarily a Auto-X car..and I had a knack for gearing down hard....until one day I heard the infamous "tick-tick-tick".

ha ha...that happened to my 97...lol. Shot a rod and that fucker broke through the front of the block and took the starter with it...this happened on the street mind you...yaaaah...it was blue smoke, oil and chunks of engine pieces. I was stranded for like 2 hours!!!

THANKS....I miss her...had her built to the hilt and enjoyed EVERY mile in it...easy to work, very easy to drive way to fast in any condition, and a real gem on the track, rally cross course and autocross lot...

It was for my arming switch for my first nitrous set up.....then I decided nitrous wasn't for me and removed it.

Ended up using it as a switch for aftermarket fogs...lol.

oh at first it was a switch to end all other switches. now it is a lite switch. :evilgrin:
