Pics of my wheels

I just got my Enkei RSF-2's yesterday and took some snapshots this morning at 6h30. The light isnt great and it was made with a digital VIDEO camera. But the images speak for themselves.

Here is my album on image station... I will try and post the pictures themselves but dont bet on them to work.

I know the car needs to be lowered but that will come later.

After editing, the picture shows up on my screen. If it doesnt for you, let me know. Oh... and comments welcome!:)

50 views and only 1 reply? Are you guys shy or do you just not like my wheels? Whats up?

Perhaps lowering it and getting a better resolution shot, they are usually what people enjoy looking at.

I agree about the picture and if I had a better camera, I would take them. But if you go to my imagestation album, you can see a whole lot of different shots much more zoomed in than the one on top.

As for people prefering to look at lowered cars? There are hundreds of mags to choose from, and only a handful of lowering springs available. I figured someone might like to see what wheels look like to help them decide if thats what they want.

Maybe none of the viewers had fingers. Only nubs. They can move the mouse with one nub and click with the other. This brought them to your thread, only, they couldn't type anything in response.

What size are they, in the pic they look like they are only 16" If they are, why didn't you get 17's. Other than that, lower it.;)

SedanMan August-12th-2002 09:22 AM

You are quite right, they are 16".

Reasons not to get 17s:
1.More expensive
2.heavier, which slows you down in a car that has no power to spare
3.harsher ride quality and you run more chances or bending a rim on crappy roads. The roads where I live are not the greatest and I sometimes cringe even with 16s.

I agree that 17s look great, but 16s are more functional for my environment and look great too.

Now my shopping is done for this year. I will lower it next year or perhaprs wait a bit longer and get a whole suspension setup.
