Looks awesome. I've got the exact same rims coming for mine! What a fluke eh?

At least now I know they look amazing!

Thumbs up

I noticed your silver mirror fronts, yet you say it's a 01' ES. Did those come stock or did you change them?

Just wondering since I have a silver 01' and mine come with black fronts.

They came body colored on ES's in the States. Canada got black mirrors at the time.

Yup, body matched mirrors

The suspension consists of Ground Control Coilovers and MazdaSpeed Adjustable struts.

Oh yeah, listen to Rishie when it comes to wheels if you haven't already! Those wheels are +45mm offset and I can ride with my coilovers on the lowest setting and still not rub. +48mm offset would have been ever better, but keep that in mind guys.

Same rims eh? Going to have to beat you down now

Heh. Yeah.

They're already on their way here. Not much I can do But not sure I'd want to change as they look awesome.

And somehow I doubt I'll see you around town

I'm trying my best to come. My store has a tentative date of moving that weekend... and attendance is mandatory. But I'm going try all I can.

I just wish WW wasn't so secretive about that kit, I want to make an appt. to get it on. I just need a release date that's all

Hey Wayne, what is the ride like on 18's??

Right now I have 17's in mind...but I do like the look of 18's. Just a little concerned because the shape of Canadian roads.

Lots of pot holes.

Hey man nice seeing you at the show the other night. I have a mechanic buddy that does most of the work I can't do myself. If I ever have a question I run out to him and ask him.

The ride on the 18's is not as bad as I thought it would be. But again I have some potholes around here and I definately try to avoid all of them. If your area is ridden with terrible potholes, you might want to think twice about 18's... I've hit a major one before, and it doesn't sound pretty. It was enough to make my CD Deck shut off. I need to move to Miami or someplace with perfect roads.

But if you decide on them, just take it slow. I love pissing people off behind me when I take banked driveways slow as all hell.
