Finally installed my strut tower bar (pics)
 

It was cold out there, [N.J.] but my Dad and I got it done. I'm glad I decided against having the dealer install it. They wouldnt even give me a definitive price. Screw em. Here's some pics of the bar and my custom zoom-zoom sticker. Have a good one!

Edit: I forgot to say how much I've been enjoying it so far. I think it really has impacted the handling. Coming off ramps and taking turns are so much easier than before. Anyone selling sway bars?

as for sway bars, you might want to check out www.nopionline.com they sell sway bars for the 1st gen Proteges. might have them for your car as well.

Hey Mark where did you get the "Zoom Zoom" sticker? http://www.mazdaformance.com has them but in a decal set for $24.95.

Darryl (mazdaspeedwest on the board) can make a Zoom Zoom sticker for you and I am pretty sure that it'll be cheaper than $25.

How much would you suppose? I'd like one the same size as the one you have.

I only have a bigger one left, Maybe double the size of the one on my car. You can send him the picture of my zoom zoom sticker and ask him for a price..unless u want the bigger one I have.

Don't they give them away at the dealership for free? Check there first in the sales area.

Believe it or not, my dealer said they didn't have any. So, I had to get my friend to make a few for me!
