Looks nice. How come your "Protegé" embroiderment in your floormat is faced sideways? Mine's turned counterclockwise around compared to yours.

No offense intented... I was just kidding. Maybe he did get a bad set of floormat who knows !? Maybe also thats the way the floormat in US are made 'cause Im from Canada  ! Hope youre not mad at me NegatiZE, Im sure you understood my point :D !!!

For your question JAC, I made those at my father's metal shop. They can do everything. So technically I didnt pay anything for them, but if somebody else would want a set (4 doors) it would be around 45$ US !!! By the way the doorsills are in stainless...

NegatiZE July-14th-2003 11:30 AM

No I'm not mad...I just think JAC took the reply the wrong way. No harm done...

Here's what mine look like:

How did you do that!? It looks great!

Its a simple sheet of stainless cutted with the rights dimensions and angles ! The rounded corners are simply made by sanding them... All was made in a metal shop !

By the way, Im currently making me some custom diamond metal floormat ! Ill post picture when they're done :D !!!

It would look sweet if it was riveted...though im not sure that the doorsill would hold up.

I used some 3M doublesided tape :D !!!
I also tought about cutting some screws heads and glue them on each side of the doorsill...
