WTB: stock shift knob
 

i want to buy a fairly new stock knob off the newest proteges or p5s....the black stubby ones with the gear diagram endented in the leather....it has to be somewhat new, no wear no tear....looking to pay no more than ~$25. thanks

i have a stock shift knob off my 99 pro.... there is a little wear on the top of the shift knob, but it is still in good shape... give me an offer if you are interested... it just takes up space....

are you looking for the one that is black, has dimples around the upper half, and is silver on the top, where the gear pattern is??? cuz i have one of those too

i dunno, maybe if u can send me a pic of that too...im looking for the ones that came stock on the protege5....dimples/stitches around the sides, and indented gear patterns on the top...kinda bulky looking, round and leather

hmmm, no, i dont think its it then.... it is not leather .... i believe its just rubber.... its the stock one from the newer protege sedans, like 2001, 2002, 2003

I've got one that i could get rid of. I think it's the one you're looking for. It's black leather with the indentions on top. It has stitching on the side that wraps around the knob. It's off of a 2002.5 Protege 5. If you want pictures, I'll e-mail them to you. It is in mint condition, I only used it for the first month I had my car, then I got an aftermarket one. It's in a small box that my Rotora Shift knob came in, so there isn't any dust collecting on it or anything like that. I bought my car this past August, so it's not even a year old yet.
