Wanted: MSP or P5 front bumper

Just as the title says, I'm looking for a MSP of P5 front bumper. I want it for the round foglights as opposed to my squarish ones on my ES. If you have one let me know, if you're worried about your car not having a bumper. I'll be willing to trade mine, but I highly doubt that.

i have an mp3 front bumper its yellow jacket pearl let me know

the MP3 / MSP /P5 front bumpers won't go on the sedans unless you change headlights and hoods I beleve, possibly fenders also. the mp3/msp/p5 is a complete factory body kit. I don't believe the bumpers are interchangeable.

Roddimus, how much do you think the conversion will cost me?

AzianDragonz December-17th-2003 11:50 PM

I never thought it would be that difficult to change the bumper, it all looks the same to me....

ES2.0GT December-18th-2003 05:43 PM

?? hoods?? fenders??

what are you talking about?

all he really needs:

upper grill, lower grill, bumper cover, rebar, foglights

AzianDragonz December-19th-2003 12:28 AM

the whole front end looks the same, i thought you could just swap in and swap out

The MP3/MSP or P5 front bumper WILL fit on a 2001+ sedan...ES2 is correct....you need upper grill, lower grill, rebar and foglights along with the bumper itself of course...most dealerships sell it all as a kit

Roddimus Prime December-19th-2003 08:58 AM

what about the different style headlights? Aren't the sedans headlights a different shape (less edgy along the hood line? and pointier by the grills)? Huh, I've nevber owned a sedan, just an MSP. They look to me like there are too many difference but someone who has done this will know all of the changes. I knew several parts would have to be replaced, just not sure 100% about everything.

macdaddyslomo December-19th-2003 12:50 PM

the headlights on the MSP,P5, and 2001+ DX/LX/ES Sedan are all the same, except for minor differences in reflector color...again refer back to my previous post for what parts are needed to do the swap,OR,do a search as this has been discussed plenty of times on this board...the only models needing the extense of parts you are talking about Roddimus is 99-00 Sedans as the hoods, headlight, and fenders were all slightly different:D
