Wanted "Crossdrilled Rotors"
 

I am looking for some crossdrilled rotors for my MP5...does anybody know where I can find a set for the front and for the back any help would be useful ...thanks :rant: :bt: :rant:

Front only, KVR or Brembo.

the cross drill or slotted rotor wont do any help to improve your brake system unless you are really RACING or AUTO Crossing

normal city drive , OEM is way to go

paying $125 each rotor for brembo or $185 for KVR each rotor is not worth it at all

I would say change the brake FUILD line to steel or alumimum one will give you way a lot improvment

and EBC Brake Pad

for me though, wanting slotted/cross drilled rotors is mostly an aesthetic thing. It just looks freakin' bad ass. I was thinkin' just save up some cash, buy the JIC suspension, some MOMO rims, and a big brake kit.

the only reason I want cross drilled isn't just for looks . I know that about the braking but little do you know that with slotted/cross drilled your rotor stays cool because of a sucktion effect because the force of the wheel sping ... Also your rotor doesn't get that glare caused by the brake pad dust since the rotor has holes or slots so there is a little knowlage if you didn't know ....but that my .02 cents :rant: :rant:

The KVR crossdrilled rotors are $179 a pair. The Brembo cross drilled & slotted rotors are $125ea. Steel braided brakes lines do improve the feel of the brake pedal by making it firmer, but they do not improving stopping distance. I do think the improvement in pedal feel is worth it, and I have them on my car. If staying with the stock sized rotors and stock calipers, changing the stock brake pads will make the biggest difference of any brake component. Cross drilled or slotted rotors may help with brake fade, depending on how you drive, and the conditions you drive in.
