Turbo kit for sale (maybe)

Ok I'm thinking I might not put the turbo kit on my P5. So if and only if I get the asking price for the whole kit then I will sell it. Here's what is all included:

Garrett T25 DSM (sand blasted, high temp painted, port matched on the in and out flanges)
"Log" style header (port matched and polished to the head and turbo inlet, sand blasted, high temp painted, made out of sch 40 forged steel, head flange is 1/2" thick turbo flange is 3/8")
Downpipe (port matched to the wastegate, turbo outlet and stock exhaust flange, tubular style 2 into 1, sch 40 forged steel, both flanges are 1/2", O2 sensur bung welded in, sand blasted and high temp painted)
Intercooler (3x9x21 Greddy core with custom made endcaps and mounts already installed)
Begi/Cartech FMU (Brand new model 2025)
TurboXS Type H-RFL (Brand new, silver, Bad ass)
Manual Boost Controller (Black)
Flying Miata Voltage Clamp
CEL/MIL Eliminator
All stainless braided oil hoses
All "T" fittings you'll need
All the rubber coolant and vacuum hose you'll need
Turbo oil fittings
Adapter for oil return to oil pan
3 5' sticks of 2 1/4" intercooler piping
2 1/4" Silicone hose connectors for intercooler pipe
Clamps

This kit is pretty much a complete bolt in kit. It will bolt right onto your motor and hook right into your stock exhaust. Im including everything you'll need to put a turbo in your P5 or Protege with a 2.0. If you want I'll even include my bumper support that has been cut and welded back up to fit in the intercooler (you will have to send me yours though). The only thing im not including is the intercooler pipe Ive bent up for my car. It will most likely not fit anyone elses as my car was totaled and the alignment of the sub frame is not perfect. So you'll have to have an exhaust shop bend up the pipe for you that I'm including. This is everything you'll need. From fittings to clamps, hose, everything.

Price: $2000 shipped. (You will cover Paypal fees)
(a bit more if you want the bumper support shipped also)

Please do not offer any less as I will not take it. Everything here is first class, from the welding to the grinding. I have spent a ton of time and the time of others making this kit. I work at an oil processing facility with a ton of pipe welders so I called in a lot of favors and bought a lot of beer for people.
Everything has been test fitted everystep of the way, but has never been completely installed. If I do I probably will love it too much to sell. The only thing I do not have in my posession yet is the FMU as it will be here next week.

Ya, in a perfect world....maybe. But on earth? I dont think so. Nice offer though

eggynatey June-13th-2004 10:56 PM

In a perfect world, it would be CARB legal. ;)

Roddimus Prime June-13th-2004 10:59 PM

hahaha, in a perfect world(kit) you wouldn't have to cut any supports or have a bent exhaust.

TRBOMP5 June-13th-2004 11:24 PM

CARB legal? Indiana? HA HA we dont have to worry about those pesky emision tests! And I tried my hardest to make it bolt on, the prob came with the intercooler. Too good of a deal, and a bit too big to fit right in. My bumper support looks stock, you cant even tell it was cut. I plasma cut it out, used the bottom and moved it up, put about 30 spot welds on it, sand blasted and repainted it. Not a lot of work, an hour or so if you have the right equipment. A 6" high intercooler would have been ideal.

Sure looks like a nice, complete kit.

*Free Bump for a good deal*
