Parting out 92 DX
 

I'm parting out my black 92 protege dx. It has a manual tranny, that shifted nice with only about 45k miles on it. I can take pics of anything if interested. Lowballers welcome. I just want it out of here.

side mirrors and ecu are sold. i also have fc rx-7 parts for sale.

how much do you want for the fuel sending unit out of the gas tank?

Just send him another 10 bucks for shipping and promise that if it's any more that you will paypal it to him plus paypal fees. By the way, it's from a 92 so unless it was changed some time in its life, I suggest you buy a new strainer(filter)for that fuel pump at an auto parts store when you get it. It's got to be so clogged by now that it's ridiculous.

yeah no joke.. 13 years in the tank is rough. i guess the protege fuel sending unit as an assembly wont secure in the escort tank.. but im thinking i can just use the float dealy thing.

I have a crashed 94 Protege and a working 91 Ford Escort. They definitely don't interchange. I tried because my Escort one could use replacing and they weren't the same.

I don't remember how much I was going to sell it for. I'm guessing $60 obo. I checked shipping. I got a first quote of $97, then $200 and up. I don't remember how I found the $97 though.
