Actually Hiboost has been working on a kit...check the website hiboost.com..

I dont know the price on the mazda 3 kit...but he came out with a couple of kit packages....

Yea, but hiboost has only protege turbo kit, and not Mazda 3.

actually HiBoost IS making a 3S turbo kit. It's just not listed on their site yet.
