southern ca near la(45 min east). what condition are these in. brand new? ever been used? if so, how long? thanks.

i had the air intake on my car for two or three week then i took it off becaues i liked the carbon fiber cai better . and the springs i had them about 5 months i just took them off becaues i got my coil overs.(i like the h&r beter then the coilovers but coil. look better)
