Got wheels?
I am looking for a good set of rims to use for snow tires on my new P5. I really don't care how they look as long as they aren't bent and are rather clean. I would prefer an alloy rim vs. a steelly rim that will require a hubcap. I have been checking this site, the protege5.com site, ebay and various other sites and am growing sick of the searching.
Again, looking for some rims for $200 or under to throw some snow tires on. I would prefer 14-15" rims. 16" are too big for snow tires----quite expensive too. Any suggestions other than what I listed above? Thanks! Curt B. Shumaker |
You might be careful about the idea of "downsizing" your rims, particularly to 14". All P-5's are equipped with 16" rims, as you know, and there may not be enough brake clearance with the smaller rims.

Good point!
That's a VERY good point----one I hadn't thought of. Thank you!
