FS used Simota CAI for 2.0 Protege

I sold my P5 so now I hope someone can use this Simota cai. I used it for about a year. It is in good condition. This will add 300 hp and 5000 lb/ft of torque. Ok, not really, but it sounds faster with this intake. $45 shipped. Thanks for looking.

that wont fit the mazda3 2.0 will it

Luzer August-14th-2007 11:38 PM

Sorry jzoomer, I've been neglecting my own for sale thread, lol.

This intake is for the Protege and Protege5 with the 2.0L engine. I dont' think it would fit the Mazda3 without some modifications.

It looks like I will probably still have it. I haven't had much interest in it to tell you the truth. I thought more people would want one of these.

Thanks for the bump James. Now I'm bumping for Saturday.

Well, I decided not to sell this after all. I am thinking that I should keep it in case I buy another 3rd gen Protege. I'm already missing my P5. :tear:

No burns on this. There are some finger prints and scratches. I had this on my car for 2 years so it's bound to show some wear. You are probably also seeing where the clamps and couplers were tightened down.

How's the filter on it, will I need to switch to K&N, just to be safe?
