Your actions look VERY suspicious. I'm not worried though. Just because you deleted the log file off your screen doesn't mean it's gone. Paypal and your bank still have all of these records.

slopro, I think you need to quit "trying to help". You're making yourself look VERY guilty. Nothing you've said has matched up. Also, in going to other forums and reading your posts there are a lot of things that match up. The IP addresses we've logged on these forums indicate that you were signing onto the forums from the states where you told everyone in your posts you were going to be.....right at the same time you mention how broke you are and how badly you need money. I suggest you leave everything else alone and let the authorities handle this.

p.s. and I asked you for your phone number so I could call and discuss this with you...try to help you but you have yet to do that. Why would you blatently ignore me? Doesn't make sense if you're innocent...seem's like you'd want my help.

Now what if I hand this money out and then paypal requests it back? Or will me paying them offset my paypal? I do not understand how you think this will work out.

OK, I re-opened my paypal account. The same account that I have been trying to get into. I was not able to get into it before because it did not exist. When I re-opened it, I recieved an e-mail that said, "You are almost done REactivating your account". I did not open a new account. You mentioned me being broke and needed money, well as a matter of fact, I did, to fly to my grandmother's funeral. What does that have to do with anything here? A few people helped me out. So what? I guess you have decided to work against me with this situation, so since you want to leave it at that, I will accept that. I was just "trying to help" resolve this.

I am tired of being interrogated for all of this. I have filed for my own investigation through paypal and through AOL. I will let the authorities resolve this because of all the sarcasm and doubt in me. You cannot help people that do not want to be helped. I tried. So this must be resolved in more of a professional matter like Roddimus said. Thanks!

My saying "you look VERY guilty" is a FACT. It's not opinion. Your actions and lack of communication are sending the wrong signals.

You'd be wise to hold your tongue and ride this out with Paypal and whoever else contacts you whether it be your ISP, FBI, bank, etc....

I've dealt with situations like this before and this doesn't look good for you.

My comment about you needing money is valid. I said that because we have a situation where someone from YOUR computer gets money sent to YOUR paypal account and YOUR home address this all happens at the same time you're on clubprotege giving everyone your sob story about how you have no job, no money, a child, a funeral to go to etc... People send money in to you (your computer) and never receive any parts in return. It looks VERY bad for you.

I'm not saying you're guilty but if these victims decide to take you to small claims court (fee's up to $5K) you will more than likely go down. In civil court you only have to have a preponderance of evidence against someone. You don't have to prove them guilty beyond reasonable doubt. The judge just has to believe you had the motivation, resources and desire to do what you're being accused of. Those 3 things already exsist. If I were you I'd be REAL careful about getting lippy with the people on any of these forums. No'one wants to harrass an innocent victim but these guys are out for blood and you shouldn't gie them any more reasons to press you.

yeah, i wouldn't mind a refund b/c i lost $75 in this whole thing, and was the first to post a thread about it. I hate when stuff like this happens, and if you are innocent then that is good, hopefully this gets resolved and i get my money back.
