craigGpro parts ripoff
 

Well, as those of you who have been following the thread may have noticed, after I questioned his honesty craigGpro (:asshole:) deleted his thread offering items for sale. I am wondering how many people got pulled in to sending him money. There are three that I know of. Any chance we can block this clown from getting on the forum again and fleecing anyone else?

I just wrote him an e-mail...

I had sent him a 40$ deposit for the CAI and Springs....

I'll leave him a few days before i actually send a complaint to Paypal... i dont want to accuse him to fast but the fact that i havent heard of him and that he deleted his thread doesnt look too too promissing...

I've never been ripped off before doing buisiness on the net and i would hate this to be the first time!!! I know im gonna be paranoyed if it is....

Edit: Just saw that you had replied to the other thread asking me when i sent him the payment for the springs... I sent it on the 16th... You actually paid him for the same springs?!?!

If we have a confirm he is ripping people off, he WILL be banned

Pro-esgt-01, I paid him his asking price for the springs on the 15th. So it would appear that he was running a scam. I will definitely be more wary next time. I have never enjoyed beating my head against the wall...nor having anyone do it for me! :spank:

yeah, ill be more carefull next time... like i said earlier i never had problems doing buisiness before and always pretty much trusted everybody from the community!

I have. I contacted my local FBI branch . and filed internet fraud charges against a seller on ebay. Within about 2 weeks the FBI called me and told me to expect the seller to call me within 48hrs....he called me about 3 hrs later, told me to keep the defective merchendise and refunded my money.

I love the FBI.

FBI uh? not sure they'll help me with this one since im from Canada!

I could call the RCMP but i have a feeling they'll just jump on their horses and run in circles... :laugh:

Paypal has a "dispute resolution center" yes.

The FBI CAN help you because you were defrauded by a US citizen. What you need to do is contact paypal, let them know there is a problem. File a complaint. Gather every bit of his contact info from paypal. Call his local police department in HIS hometown. Let them know you are filing a fraud report on the person. Ask the police if they would be able to help you with contacting him. Also, let them know you'll be filing a complaint with the FBI's fraud division. Then look up FBI fraud reporting on yahoo. File the form out in it's entirety. If you need witnesses or evidence you can forward them to me. I'm "admin" temporarily and can get you any info from this forum you may need.

Continue to try contacting this person and wait for the FBI and paypal to contact you.

Once the issue is resolved he will be perm. banned and strung up as an example to all who wish to defraud our members.

This is confirmed, i have officially filed a dispute with paypal and I have notified my credit card company! The thread I started already is on msprotege which he has also attempted to sell his crap, originally i bought his ES Front lip for 180$ US.

you should listen to me and not make a civil vengence case. You will all go to jail and these posts here that now protect you will convict you if someone hurts him at your request.

Be smart, play by the rules, learn from your mistakes.
