coolsp

hi im from wollongong. bought my sp about 1 yr ago. i love it. prior to that i owned an evo3 replica with 200kw at the wheels and did a mid 12 on the quarter. but i have to say i love the look and stance of my sp. ant wait for the warranty to run out so that a turbo can sneak its way under the hood.

tail lights.

oh and by the way. i bought some tail lights from a bloke in canada. they are the 6/2002 update ones with the two circles. unfortunately my light sockets do not fit in the back of the light. they are too bloody big. i went to my dealer and he said the light backings are different than the ones in australia. if someone has these lights on their sp could they please send me a pic of their light socket plug so that i may confirm that what the dealer was saying is true.

Hey coolSP hows it goin, sick looking SP i wish i had one. I guess one thing that i have found out on this site is that American Protege's are made alot differently then ours here in Australia. I wouldn't bye much from overseas cause of the problems that can be involved with it. did you send it back to them in canada.

there are sick looking gunmetal clear tail lights you can get for your car

dont know how much they are though... Where is wollongong is that in Victoria????

What happened to your EVO3 that would of been wicked 12's down the quarter now that is fast..... for a 323

hey

hey tresdo3.... its good to see another aussie here... My name is ricky, most people call me tricky he he ( whats yours??).... I have told my dealer that there is a website called protegeclub.com and told him to tell most people about it... Im doing my best to get more aussies, i have a big stinking sticker across the front windscreen sayin Protegeclub.com, ill show photos of it soon... Thanks for all the help with the clear tail lights guys, i ended up getting them but they are hard to put in, there is alot of cutting and stuff to put them in

Ive got some stickers here at my place if ya want them, i got 5 just in case i see some one driving and they are interested..... so far nobody but hey well get there and well show those mitshbishi's and hondas what protege's are all about he he.

take care protege members.....

i went to the match on the weekend ( footy ) brisbane bronco's and newcastle nights at the new suncorp stadium and it was f--kin awesome hey, i had an awsome day and i thought that newcastle was going to lose, but they came back to win YESSSSSSSS. i hope NSW can do the same in the first state of origin...

It is so possible to get an australian cruize together.... i have already made good friends with KT0580, and we have ment at the gold coast and chated, so yer i think it is possible.....

the idea of the pamplet it a good idea, when ya get a design give me a copy and ill start doin it around toowoomba aswell...... hope we can get heaps of aussie members it would be wicked...

I think if we are going to advertise Protegeclub.com we need to keep it the same disign, and style, i think that would keep it tidy, thats why i said before to give me a copy of the pamphlet...

can all the members on this site please give me ya names so i can relate to you guys!!!!!!!!!

thanks ladies and gentle men............. zoom zoom

Hello all,

I am also a sydney SP20 owner. I live on the northern beaches.

Wiredone, I have every intention of joining street dreams but everytime you have a cruise I am working or have plans

Do you have any pics of the air intake you made and how much would it cost to have one made for me??

cheers
Luke

Hey all,
I'm an SP20 owner on the northern beaches of Sydney as well. I've had it for about a month now and am in the midst of installing a custom stealth SQ audio system - so stay tuned! See you guys 'round!
