put the Lychee squeez'n thing in the fridge, that stuff is good when chilled, so does the lychee juice

and guava juice is GOOD, i've been drinking that stuff since i was a little kid :)

and it looks like you went to a mainly chinese store, if you are going back there again, look for Hei-Song Sasparia. tastes like root beer, only better :D

Hmm, you might be able to help me. I've tried about 4-5 times to make broccoli beef and have been very unsuccessful. Usually whatever I cook turns out really well. Any hints or tips to halp me out would be appreciated.

Guava juice is wicked good. I also love squid jerky. I have never liked japanese pears. They taste alright, but it feels like eating a potato.

Also try Durian and durian candy....heh heh heh.....

Oyster Sauce

This should help with your cooking.

Also unless you want to chase out every single person in your dorm or apartment building, eat Durian outside of the house...the stuff will drive you insane with the smell...Can't even discribe the smell...but it smells horrible.

Dammit, now I'm hungry for Kung Pao chicken. And the only really good Chinese place is waaay over on the other side of town...

Mark_02DX April-28th-2003 05:54 PM

Menace', you're a Minnesotan, right? Ever been to the Princess Garden, over on Rice & Larpenteur in ST. Paul? Unbelievable Kung Pao, and a specialty called szechwan (sp?) leg of lamb. You have to taste it to believe it.
