We can't handle the truth

The simple fact of the matter is that we are the American public and what we don't know is what makes us just that: the American public. I firmly believe if we knew the truth -the whole truth- surrounding 9/11 we would lose all sense of protection and/or our sense of security in this great nation. I've just recently seen some things about the events surrounding that fateful day and I wasn't quite sure how to tell it. No it's not some new revelation but I want to post about it and see what type of response I'd get from my fellow mazda owners who have a heart for this nation under God.

Check out some of the videos. In particular the ones referring to "the truth..."

I agree with you.

"strange things are a foot at the circle K".

p.s. find a copy of "9-11: In Plane Site"....it'll blow your mind.

mazdabel June-6th-2006 10:43 PM

I've heard about it. Now i know the title. thanks. The idea alone has been a mind-job. Strange but i know some people don't believe or don't want to believe. It's kinda like the whole matrix thing. Not trying to be funny, but not willing to accept. It's all about a global agenda IMO...

Roddimus Prime June-6th-2006 10:50 PM

money is the root of all evil and oil is the root of all money....and the middle east is the root of all oil.

macdaddyslomo June-7th-2006 12:15 PM

Crazy thing is, the technology is already out there to drop dependance on oil....We just WON'T do it until we absolutely HAVE TO....

ghettopro June-7th-2006 12:17 PM

I think "we" are scared to..

mazdabel June-7th-2006 05:38 PM

So that's it! Sacrifice a few thousand innocents to justify a war in the middle east against "terror" over crude oil? Does that sound right?? I don't think the means is sufficient enough for the ends.

And that technology you're referring to; that wouldn't happen to be e85 would it?

Partially...Ford has proven hydrogen engines and fuell cells to work just fine also...also their is Clean deisel...

But I really think Ethanol is the wave of the future. Do you know how many farmers we pay NOT to grow crops that could grow corn and sugar cane....the US could EASILY produce enough ethanol to be completely fuel independant. Look at Brazil !!! They use NO foreign oil....

Roddimus Prime June-7th-2006 10:23 PM

I agree with Mike but not about ethanol...I am a FIRM believer in biodiesel. Good god a biodiesel vehicle is SO much smarter.

What would you rather drive??

1. A VW beetle (for arguments sake) on E85 getting 25mpg @ $2.75/gallon

or

2. A VW beetle on biodiesel getting 45mpg @ $0.77/galloon

E85 is great because it can be grown and processed right here in the states...SO CAN SOY BEANS!! The only benefit E85 has over bioD is that most cars on the road now need only minor modifications to run E85. However, all we need to have 400% more diesels on the road here is the government to give in on some slight emissions regulations.

p.s. BioD is actually about 70% cleaner than standard diesel in some regards while not being more harmfull in others.

ghettopro June-8th-2006 12:04 AM

then..
why arent we using it as primary again?

Roddimus Prime June-8th-2006 01:42 AM

because americans have a bad memory of the last diesels produced here....chrysler anyone??

when I told my in-laws we were buying a diesel they screamed at me!!

"they are too noisy, too smelly, too finicky"... all of these things are false.

oh yeah he also said they were too slow to be safe. absolutely not true. It's a blast to drive.

ghettopro June-8th-2006 09:45 AM

I myslef have thought that some of the "alternative" energy sources wouldnt be as powerful, Thats one of the reasons I thought we hadn't switched is b/c people are too power hungry..

Roddimus Prime June-8th-2006 10:03 AM

oh absolutely. Americans love muscle...even our econo-cars now are coming with 300hp...Dodge Caliber SRT4?? EvoX??

If we REALLY wanted to make a difference we'd all ride bicycles, walk or SERIOUSLY carpool. If the mexicans can get 8 workers in the cab of a pick up we can put 3 people in a sedan and go to work!

[/jab @ mexicans]

ghettopro June-8th-2006 10:33 AM

Either that..
or stop car production and everyone just ride crotch rockets..
that would work..
then that would solve our overpopulation problem b/c about 20-30% of the peopel would get killed on them..
thats a bad thought..
but hey...ENVIRONMENT!
lol.

Roddimus Prime June-8th-2006 12:11 PM

hahaha, you can't hug a tree if you've been mamed!
