Oh man - it is exciting. I can't wait to actually own a home.

It's been a huge uphill battle just to get to this point. Found out an addition put on the house in 1969 never had certificate of occupancy (whoops!). And I'm going to be filing an official complaint against my mortgage company with my state's Banking Department for unprofessional and probably unethical practices. Not to mention all the regular hassle that goes into buying a home.

But the time is here - and life is GOOD!

BTW - I'm going to detail the fucked-up shit my mortgage company did in another thread. No need to dampen the good vibes in this one!
