Seriously, I had a friend that had shit like this happen to her (minus the best friend being a dick) and we fucked with that guy and his new fling for over a year before we got sick of it. Similar stuff to what 5Speed is going through, not exactly the same. But people should have the common decency not to do shit like that to other people, and when they don't then they open themselves up to retaliation of a level capable of generating an equal amount of anguish on them. It involves getting a spine and not being one of those lameass people that still talks to the assholes that wronged them or walking off like nothing ever happened. Time to let them know there is a price to be paid for fucking with you.

I say wait for a month or two. Then one day their tires will randomly be slashed.
