How do you put a picture under you screen name? How do you change the title from like "protege newbie" to something else?

Okay. Just noticed I have 57. I can change my avatar, but I can't change my Protege Newbie title.

Avatars
You can make any picture into an avatar if you have the right program, like photoshop, 30 seconds and it's done.
