Miracle Blade III

I've been staying up late this past few days and I've seen the miracle blade 3 infomercial like 10 times, those knives get cooler everytime I see it. Has anyone bought these?

I know most of this infomercial stuff is crap, but my grandma once bought the Ginsu ones a long time ago (like 10 years) and they were actually good, she still uses them. So I'm thinking about giving the MBIII a shot.

Here's a link for those of you that haven't seen them yet:

As a chef I have to say they suck for any real work. But for the home they are great. You don't really need sharp knives for the home.

Chef Tony is too cool!

...where does that little hole in his cutting board lead to?

If you want to talk about cool people on infomercials, look for the guy on the "Gazelle" exercise machine. His mulletude is amazing

Hands down, the best infomercial host was Tom Vu. Anyone remember him? He was always saying "Tom Vu says...", like "Confucius says...". And there were always bikini women hanging around in the background, but for some reason he never mentioned them or even seemed to notice them.

Probably before alot of members time...

Those knives suck. They're flimsy and if you put them in the dish washer, they fall apart. Don't get them.

i beg to differ. i think u need at least one good sharp knife. i have a favorite that i like using (santoku), and keep that bad boy sharp all the time. i'm not a chef, but i do love to cook. :)

for some reason when i clicked the thread, i totally ignored the "miracle" and was under the impression this was for a new wesley snipes movie... :p
