There is some sort of spring mechanism underneath the car that's pushing it up, next to the rear doors. What exactly is it? some sort of tweaked airbag suspension system?

weird...it looks cool though :D .

Thats part of the exhaust. I dont see it moving at all. Use Windows Media Player 8 and play with the brightness. You can see the detail better :D . I think they are pumping the emergency break while going backwards. This added to very bad rear springs would do it.
