You're how old?
Cuz if it mattered to you, you could just get a credit card.
If you're not even 18 yet, don't you find it's getting pretty desperate to be trying to find a date on the internet already?

ghettopro March-28th-2006 08:15 PM

I thought yahoo was free to message and stuff like that..

zerocover March-28th-2006 08:19 PM

Yahoo is free I dont know what this guys doing.
But on the topic myspace and facebook are the shit.

Caprice March-28th-2006 09:27 PM

ghettopro and zerocover: Yahoo personals went to a pay service some time back...

kmaalfiisa: My wife and I met online (yahoo, too, btw, and it was free then), so I won't critisize those who choose to use internet dating, but I must say that there were a whole lot of wierdos on there and I have to presume that many of them are still there in one form or another regardless of their payment scheme.

If you aren't old enough to have your own credit card, you aren't old enough to use those services (I'm not trying to offend, just stating my opinion). Last I knew, they were all 18-and-up things anyway because of statutory rape laws.

If you find a way to pass their payment system and essentially "hack" in, you are breaking the law, and anyone that helps you could be held liable for doing so.

You just made me very glad I don't bother with this "myspace" craze....

ITs a craze for 15 year olds, this is true. But then again there never gonna actually ever see anyone from there.

I thought the same way untill I actually set up an account. All I can say is if your a good looking guy and you post up a pic women will come to you, its brilliant.

Considering I'm
A) Not a particularly good looking guy
and B) I'm married
I'm still glad I'm not on there. LOL

Sad thing is... if you're a good looking guy, shouldn't you be able to pick up chicks another way?

zerocover March-29th-2006 01:25 PM

This is so much easier.
+ you get looser chicks with low self estem (am I kidding hell I dont even know anymore)

We were having a coversation about it. We came to the concensous that its filled with emo chicks, and if your emo its the place to be.

i'm a firm believer that myspace is nothing more than a playground for would-be child molestors. internet dating is no different than personals in a newspaper, you get the same risks and rewards. ive never met anyone online for dating, but ive been able to meet friends i would never have known otherwise, and really whats the rush? you should be in a relationship because you are ready for one, not for the sake of having a girlfriend (or boyfriend).

kmaalfiisa March-29th-2006 05:42 PM

whoa im 18 with no contacts w/ my ladies at east high... out of many of the people telling me it was a dumb a$$ idea to want and try to go back. im stuck at this school....

ill be straight forward, I ABSOLUTLY HATE THESE PEOPLE AT HONONEGAH
plus im not into the white women. ive got too much pride to go to that.
an that school is basicly 99.7% full of em'

this yahoo stuff was suggested from one of my soccer friends who's into that sh**
they do that my space stuff also... im a little past statuatory law for myspace anyway

i am old enough for the sevices i just dont have a stable enough job for a credit card, it was crazy for my brother an sister when they were 18, credid card companies were sending crazy at them
i havn't gotten shit yet (reason for me saying i wont turn to my parents for a card #)

and you must also figure i had to junk my protege wayyy back, and im out of a car... i have too much pride to be pickin up women with mommy's and daddy's car. im 18! thats the biggest fkn laughing stock, my good friends.

believe me, im ready for a relationship, with a career job this may already. id have job stability.
which brings me to to this, im going to be move to vegas to frame houses in june.. got a reply back from local contactors.. help is wanted. should i go for it?

Caprice March-29th-2006 05:45 PM

Your pride will do you in if you aren't careful... Good luck with the job (yeah, I'd go for it, unless you already have a job you like better LOL).
