Hey whats everybody next car?

I know we have all thought about it before. I wanna get a 96 twin turbo supra by my second year in college. So that leave four years to save up!

zerocover May-8th-2003 05:17 PM

Im not too sure.
I think I should have a new one in about two years. Next time around Im getting something fast. Maybe a WRX, or something with balls like a neon srt-4.

Bruce95fmla May-8th-2003 05:23 PM

possibly a mitsu GST or GSX 96+
or WRX , unlikely
basically something fast

With only 6 payments made on mine, it's a bit too early to think about that... ;)

But one thing is true: whatever it is, it will have at least a 2.0 liter engine :D

VagaBond-X May-8th-2003 06:26 PM

well my next car will have a 1.3 L engine.... ye thas the way to go

damn that engine will haul some ass... nice little 1.3 L engine...... doesn't save much on gas tho......

U'll see me in my little 1.3L enigne, zipping past all those 2.0L pros... lol..... they won't be able to keep up, I'd even be killing alotta V6s n V8s

oh by the way... I'm talking about the unique rotary engine..... yes my next car has to be a turboed rotary RX-7

if i could get a 3rd gen... i would in a heartbeat, but i geuss for now i'll have to stick to getting a TII :D

Mazdaspeedx98 May-8th-2003 06:57 PM

im definitly gettign a new car for my 19th birthday and my parents are letting me pik it out so im stuck between the 2000+ spyder eclipse, mazdaspeed protege, srt-4

Mark_02DX May-8th-2003 08:19 PM

I'm keeping my Protege until it crumbles into dust, but I'd really like to have an old truck, for a beater. There is nothing more useful on the planet than a "wheelbarrow with an engine." Saw an 87 B2000 in the paper for $500 that I'm seriously considering...

Not too cool, I know, but damn practical. Besides, keep in mind, I'm poor.:)

reefruner5 May-8th-2003 08:21 PM

without a doubt my next car will be an IS300, im gonna turbo that bitch, and turn it into a 4 door supra...ive seen it done, and it is badass...6 speed getrage, turbo...=)

skr33t_rac3r May-8th-2003 08:25 PM

my next car is a 91 crx Si with an h22 hybrid motor it will be turbo and supercharged so it will last all of a year and it will be super fast when the milage is about 60000 i will throw a 400 shot of nos and give the motor a proper death

Hahahaha, a turbo and a s/c at the same time eh? I'd like to see it when your done. You'd prolly only need a 100 shot to blow her sky high. lol:p

Oh my next car will either be a STi, EVO8, or a Supra. I haven't made up my mind yet though.

tradr May-8th-2003 09:52 PM

If they ever release the mini cooper in turbodiesel in the US.. :D

icynelly May-8th-2003 10:11 PM

Well at least we can all agree that we NEED something faster then a protege. 90% of us want a turbo in it! ;) My Supra will beat you all though!!! ahh 2JZ engine...:tit: ;peace; :bigthumb:

I'm planning to drive my P5 into the ground before I get something else. But I would consider getting a Nissan Frontier or used Toyota Tundra if something happened to my Protege.

ZoomZoomH May-8th-2003 11:32 PM

RX-8, 2005, count on it.

leungwingkei May-8th-2003 11:58 PM

I'm probably going to get a Lancer EVO or an RX-8, or maybe a WRX. The rally-road cars have more straight line capabilities which I like and I think the RX-8 can't be enjoyed to its full potential on the many straight roads in my area.

The rally-road cars also have better utility as they are more spacious and have a bigger trunk too.
