help on finding language/character software
 

im looking to get Japanese language set up for my computer
so kanji, hirigana, and katakana will be readable instead of getting
things such as this "╢α⌠Θ♣ëÔ%"

im looking to get the actual characters
it would be very helpful
if a certain softawre could be either purchased or downloaded without shareware being involved

if anyone knows of a program or software
please let me know
