Well, Miller is right. What the shipper did has all kinds of possible repercussions, all of them bad.
I don't think the US Export Dept. or HM Customs would have much of a sense of humour about it, although with a full expanation and a good lawyer he might get off fairly easy. It would have been a lot easier and safer to pull this kind of prank within the U.S.
I agree with you Matty, it's possible this Jeff guy realized his own denouement might be worse than what the guy in England got, no matter how deserved, and is trying to cover his tracks.

Holy crap!! My friend and I just sat here and read that whole thing, and that is HAILARIOUS!!!! LMAO! He paid $550 for a "P-P-P-Powerbook" and some old keys! That was such a good find, I know a few other people who will enjoy it aswell. LOL
