Great cruising song
 

I remember a few months ago there was a favorite band type thread going on here, so I thought I'd start a cruising music thread. If I had a sweet ass car or system, I'd be rollin' to Growing Pains by Ludacris. It's just a really laid back rap song, I love the beat. Give it a listen. What is some other good cruising music?

when i'm in my car.. i prefer ludacris myself, but i like "move bitch" :p more fitting when i'm racing. lol

I recently installed my 10" Rockford Fosgate HE2 with Punch 200s amp in the hatch. Favorite cruising songs are "Picture Me Rollin'" by of course Tupac and "In the End" by Linkin Park.

it's a great cruising song hehe, and when you sing, think of your car. By the way 'Growing Pains' borrowed the beat from another song, I forgot which, it sounds too familiar.

i agree with In the End. that rally video made by speedvision was the best video posted on here. :)

Pretty much anything by CCR or Booker T and the MGs is about the absolute best cruisin music you can have...

hehe after reading this i had to jam some korn. that whole cd kicks ass.:D

i dont know what the song is its by methods of mayhem. something like going to fast or something like that. and pretty much anything by the beastie boys.

But people, he said 'cruising' songs, not songs that make you want to jump off bridges or overpass people on the wrong side of the road. :rolleyes:

as i'm into house music mostly, i like to listen to some good hands-in-the-air kinda house tracks when i'm cruising.

last summer, i cruised around town listening to roger sanchez's 'another chance' but this year it's more ben watt ... like his mixes of sade's 'by your side' , ebtg's 'lullaby of clubland' , maxwell's 'lifetime' , me'shell ndegeocello's 'earth' , raze's 'break 4 love' , sunshine anderson's 'heard it all before' .

I definitely agree with the CCR, it is so relaxing to drive to. But my favorite music to drive to is Metallica, And Justice for All! To this day I haven't found a better CD that sounds oh so good in my system. Also, anything loud and abusive is fun to cruise to.
