Roddimus Prime November-30th-2004 04:03 PM

sheesh, my wife was cracking up....she said I sounded so excited when you'd pick up and I'd slam the phone down when I realized....

Stueck November-30th-2004 04:06 PM

hahaha! again, i must apologise for that, i completely forgot that i had that, combined with no signal in the mountains...

next question...does anyone know how to read this??? http://www.taborama.com/archive/tab....f%20Razors&i=4

i can read guitar tabs rather well, but this just makes me crosseyed!

Roddimus Prime November-30th-2004 04:45 PM

cant help ya there...

FlyinHawaiian071 November-30th-2004 11:56 PM

yeah, it's actually not that hard. C5 is reffering to Center "C-major" or the 5th C on the piano. the ** and the '' are reffering to where you're supposed to be playing the note in relation to the Center "C" octave. Since it's not regular sheet music, you need to defferentiate a 'C' played in the 3rd octave and a 'C' played in the 7th octave... if that makes any sense...

thanks flyin. it made some sense to me, im going to keep reading it. thanks!

woah...its old? i just want to play synth songs on it.

Stueck December-1st-2004 08:38 PM

how much would it be now?

kargoboy December-2nd-2004 12:10 PM

Yes, it's old. Casio does not make them any more, but I don't know how long it's been.
Still, it's a good buy. Hold onto it and in 20 years it'll be worth some money!
I thought you wanted it so you could practice old Madonna songs, hehe.

Stueck December-3rd-2004 05:27 PM

ok, i got it in! i was amazed about the quickness, i got it paid on monday, and it was here on friday! thats some service! as for the keyboard, no scratches or anything, all the keys work also. great keyboard, mind a bit confusing. but other than that, it plays beautifully!

kargoboy December-3rd-2004 06:08 PM

Yeah, late 80's "high-tech" stuff used to drive me mad!
You'll enjoy playing around with it though.
