Just wanted to say hello, and to thank whomever is running this board for creating this place. The other heavily traffic'd protege board I found drove me NUTS cause of all of the popup ads. But, this place seems really informative. I'm in the process of getting a black 2002 MP5 (it's for the wife). Unfortunately, it will be an automatic. BUT, it will have the Sport AT4 woohoo!

 

Awsome choice! Have one myself, but I expect that you will probably be driving it more then the wife once you get the vehicle

Remember when you test drive the vehicle, take it around a lot of sharp turns...you will know what I mean by pure enjoyment

 

actually, even though I was sitting in the back seat, I already know that the MP5 handles really good stock. the reason I know? Well, let's just say that on that day my wife took 5 cars on the same dayom test drive. Each test drive she keep whipping the freakin car around this same u-turn. Then she acted all surprised when me, my best friend, and the salesman in the front seat made these little girlie sounds like "aaahhh..." with a small whisper of "oh, $hit..." right before the turn was coming up. HAHAHAAA!!!!

 

Ive also been to other proptege sites i was on protegetech for a year and it sucked kept filling my email with useless crap of idiots asking what intakes are and how much psi goes in there tires anyways have fun this site is great for information ...Jon
