Family feud
 

Well this is probably not the best place to ask for advice, but I really need all your input.

My mom is selling her house. She has a good friend who is a real estate agent who had sold another house for us last year. My girlfriend's mom is also real estate agent. Who should sell my mom's house? My girlfriend and I have no preference, it's just between the moms.

There's a long controversial story behind it all, I'll share it another day. So please please reply, thanks a bunch.
