Errors in The fast and the furious!(I'm just too picky)
 

I love that movie a lot.But I have found some errors that made me laugh.I dont mean to insult that movie or anything,cause I love it as I said...but those are just funny...If you dont want to read this,well,don't...

1-The green neons are just plain stupid.Stealthy.:doh:

2-When the civic is rolling underneath the van's container,it only has one set of rear wheels.

3-Later,when Bryan tryes out his eclipse,you see his right hand upshifting,then you see his right hand on the wheel and he moves his LEFT arm like he was shifting,Even if reversed,this image would be incorrect.He would appear driving on the passenger side...:confused:

4-Why does the NOS tubes hang out under his car???

5-Why does the metal plate on the floor fail?Chassis torsion??Too much pressure on the floor??:squint:

6-Where does Dom lay his feet later on in Bryan's car?

7-Whats up about granny shifting and double clutching??!!

8-The NOS bottles should be empty,why do they explode?

9-Why does Johnny Tran destroys that car on his own turf?

10-At racewarz,notice that Letty doesnt have racing seats anymore when talking to the rasta before the race.

11-You see Jesse and Johnny Tran stopping at the starting lane.Right?When Bryan tells Jesse to watch out,You see Johnny Tran stopping his car AGAIN.Can't he get on the line right?

12-In the last chase,Bryan uses a shot of Nitro trying to get to the motorcycles.Why??These are just Enduro bikes!

13-Last run versus the charger.He uses his nitro TWICE,and he has two nitro 'triggers',Did he stop by Harry's to fill one up?

14-Why does Mia pull a U-turn in the middle of the boulevard?What the hell????

15-How many bullets could Johnny and Lance's gun hold?I never saw them re-loading...

I found a few more errors like those,but I cant remember them now.However,it's just a movie,a good movie full of chicks and magnificent cars,and I'll still enjoy after this,but I sometimes wonder what directors are thinking of when they make a movie!!

Here are a couple of my biggest problems:

*Why the hell would you race a Jetta against a modded S2000? I don't care what you've got on your Jetta, the odds are NOT with you...
*One of the fastest and rarest cars in the movie never raced- the Skyline GTR. What the hell?

There were MANY more- I just can't think of them now

Yea, I was kinda pissed at that myself. I mean, the skyline is pretty much the god of all cars, it has just about everything. TT, AWD, what else could you ask for? Yea, the Supra and RX7s are AMAZING, but a skyline......... :crying:

I cannot remember seeing a Skyline GTR. When in the movie does it appear? Got a pic?

it's Leon's car,i's yellow.He's in it when he tells pizza boy to find another way home...another mistake ive laughed at,when they all run from cops,notice the time Bryan takes to sit in his car.I guess he takes the time to get a pizza or something.:laugh:

Yeah this kinda annoyed me when he comes rolling into the first street race.

Another beef... not to get overly picky, but I spent enough time in physics class to know that the mechanics of the collision with the semi truck near the end of the movie was all wrong. If you broadside an object, the inertial forces will push you into that object... not up and over it.

I was just pissed that the best two cars (no offense to skyline fans) were in the movie for way too short of a time

althought there was a thread saying that the cars should not hold up against the rx-7,i really think that Dom was controlling the race,I mean he was just teasing the other cars.Thats why he pushed it and the guy in the civic says,'damn that guy's fast'..
he was just playing with them....and what does 'ja rule' say when the race beggins??!?he barks a word I cant understand..

Damn, you all missed the most obvious one of all.....what the hell is a Motec Exhaust????? I never have heard of one of these and have been in the industry for about 5 years....I know Motec manufactures Advanced Engine Management Software/Hardware, but I have never seen their exhausts!

Some of you have seen that movie a few too many times, two times was enough for me! I prefer to watch the Option 2 videos on drifting and shit.....lol....that movie was a bit too far fetched for me liking, some sick cars, but stupid story line! IMPO

Yeah,that movie is cheesy.I guess all the civic boys who watch that movie think they would fit in it and consider Dom as their hero and model in life and behavior,I watch that movie to see cool cars and hear their false engine sounds when they flyby ,ricer style...:rolleyes:
This is just a FUN movie,for DISTRACTION!!
I'd rather watch robocop ,alien or star wars.:bt:

I noticed another flaw, in the end when Johnny Trans or i guess thats what his name is, got shot off the motorcycle in the end, there was a guy calmly walking in the background on the sidewalk even when the gunshots went off ! Didnt run nor look back ? Guess he didnt care, or drank to much beer LOL
