Emissions Testing!?!?!?!?!
 
I now heard that they are going to start emissions testing sometime late this year, what can ppl do to help with these testS?

no..not that i know of, i also heard that they are going to do VISUAL TESTS!!!, so the fart can's gotta go, i bought a cherry bomb turbo muffler and its similar to something normal ..hopefully i can pull it off..

From your list of mods, it looks like you will pass without a problem. All of your emissions components are in place still, and the muffler should not pose a problem for you unless there is a pass by noise test (which I have not heard of). All of the emissions stuff happens before the exhaust gets to your muffler, in the cats. Remove those and put in a down pipe and a mid pipe, though, and you would be in trouble!

Visual tests don't matter unless the component somehow affects emissions.
