god dammit this is why there needs to be manditory breathalizers at bars. Assholes kill thousands every year, and for what, a friggin beer! At least the stupid ass drunk died too. Maybe the guy in the car will learn when he gets charged for involuntary manslaughter and spends a few decades in jail.
